Harisa is the local favorite slow cooked traditional wheat berry porridge, served with clarified butter and toppings. This is one of the Armenian staples of our menu, which also found its Kchuch unique signature and flavors. We cook Harisa with one of the main ingredients inside a wood burning brick oven and serve them with piping hot clay pots to your table. You can find the classical version with chicken or lamb, also Harisa with local mushrooms – simple Kchuch creation that has become a favorite amongst locals and for our dear vegan guests.
