The traditional Armenian Tolma is a perfect slow-cooked dish. Tolma reflects Kchuch’s love to swaddle the food with great care and serve it beautifully. The carefully wrapped Tolma pieces are put in the wood-fired brick oven with a clay pot and cooked slowly in the open flame. Our menu offers not only the beloved classical Tolmas, but it also includes a couple of Kchuch interpretations.
